1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website degreesetu.com (the “Portal”) or communicating with our counselors via WhatsApp, telephone, or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may refrain from using the Portal.

2 Nature of Services (Educational Aggregator)

DEGREE SETU operates as an independent education aggregator and academic facilitation network. We provide comparative university insights, fee breakdown tools, syllabus information, and student application routing to UGC-DEB and AICTE recognized institutions.

3 Student Obligations & Document Authenticity

When requesting counselling or submitting admission applications through DEGREE SETU, you represent and warrant that:

• All personal identifiers, contact numbers, email addresses, and academic records provided are genuine, accurate, and up-to-date.
• All qualifying marksheets (10th, 12th, Bachelor's degrees, Aadhaar/Govt ID) are authentic and issued by recognized state or central boards/universities.
• Submission of forged or fraudulent documentation will lead to immediate cancellation of admission by the university without entitlement to refund.

4 Fees, University Direct Payments & 0% EMI

Course tuition fees shown on DEGREE SETU reflect official university rate cards and approved discounts. Candidates pay semester or yearly fees directly to the university's approved payment gateway or bank account.

Where 0% interest monthly installment (EMI) financing is selected, loan disbursement and repayment terms are between the candidate and the partner NBFC/bank. Approval of EMI financing is subject to credit assessment and university verification.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, website layout, graphics, comparison algorithms, logos, and digital assets on DEGREE SETU are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Partner university trademarks, logos, and accreditations belong to their respective statutory owners and are displayed purely for student informational reference.

6 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While DEGREE SETU exercises every reasonable effort to keep fee structures, syllabi, and university recognition status accurate and updated, universities retain full rights to alter admission deadlines, examination schedules, or curriculum structures. DEGREE SETU shall not be held liable for any decisions made by university academic senates or changes in statutory regulatory policies.

7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to the usage of DEGREE SETU services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Maharashtra, India.
